I accept all forms of payment supported by Etsy, including credit and debit cards, paypal payments and Etsy gift cards.

I aim to post pre made items within 5 working days after receipt of payment, although please allow up to 2 weeks during busier times.
Custom makes will be created within 2 weeks after payment is received and posted out within 3 days of being completed.

However if you require an item sooner please do contact me and I will endeavour to post as soon as possible.

UK Postage: Items are sent 1st or 2nd class through Royal Mail, unless you contact me before purchasing requesting a different method, in which case the shipping price would be adjusted accordingly.

International postage: Items are sent using Royal Mail International Standard shipping and it can take up to 3 weeks before you receive your order.
If you wish for your items to be sent by a different method please contact me before purchase so that the correct fee can be charged.

Unfortunately there is no way of knowing if items will be subject to import duties, as they are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If your parcel does incur an import charge unfortunately this must be paid by you.

If you order a custom make I will message you to discuss your order and may need to send you further messages with images or questions throughout the design and make process. A prompt response is appreciated as this ensures the piece will be completed as soon as possible. I will not go ahead with a custom make until I am completely satisfied that I am clear of your requirements.

Enamel begins as glass powder or liquid and some enamels may contain traces of lead. Once I have melted the enamel in the kiln it is no longer harmful but pieces should be kept away from animals or small children to avoid risk of choking.

An e-mail is sent to me to say you have made a purchase which contains your name, address, order details & sometimes other information you provide.
On other Networking sites:
No information is collected other than that which you send to me via a direct message.

The personal information (other than your name and item/s ordered) is not written down anywhere and is only stored in the messages I am sent (as above). I need this information to post your item/s to you or communicate with you about your order. Your feedback may also be used to improve my products or services.
No one else has access to the messages or information that you provide.

You will only be added to my mailing list upon written consent from yourself and can ask to be removed or unsubscribe at any time.
